Anita received her education in Cosmetology at Ray's Beauty Academy and from great instructors at New World College. She has over 30 years experience in the field of Cosmetology and has managed salons and owned her own as well. She loves to watch her students grow and mature in the career. She is a great team leader who leads with motivation, inspiration and encouragement. Her talents are many although haircutting is what she enjoys.

She has owned and operated NBCC for over 6 years but has worked here since 1996. She has owned different types of businesses but the field of Cosmetology has been the most rewarding. She feels she can give back to her students what she has learned throughout the years. She loves this industry. It has so much to offer. Her life has been changed in a tremendous way since she has been in this industry.

Binky Rainwater has been on our team for over 3 years yet she was not new in the field of Cosmetology and to NBCC. She earned her education 14 years ago and continued in her career specializing in haircolor. She is gifted with the ability to teach basic hair color as well as advanced hair color to her students. she has compassion with her students as well as her coworkers. Her passion is to see students succeed in all areas of their lives. She is an inspiration to everyone and a pleasure to be around.

Gina Parker is new to our team but fits in like a glove! She began her Cosmetology career in 2007. She loves every aspect of Cosmetology and decided she wanted to instill in others what this industry has blessed her with. She is a delight to work with and learn from.
